I'm not great with technology. Will I manage?
If you can take a photo and send a text, you can use TradeBook. It's built for one-handed use on a phone, on site, with big buttons and no setup beyond your business details.
Does it lodge my BAS?
No. TradeBook prepares the figures (total sales, GST collected, GST paid) and an export for your accountant. You or your accountant lodge with the ATO. Check the figures against your bank statements before you do.
My accountant uses Xero. Does that matter?
No. Export every job, receipt and line item as a CSV with Xero account codes, or hand over the BAS worksheet. Your accountant keeps working the way they do now.
What happens when the free trial ends?
We never ask for a card to start. When the trial ends, pick monthly or annual to keep going. If you don't, nothing is charged, and you can still export your data.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. TradeBook works in any phone or computer browser, and there's an iPhone app on the App Store. Your data is the same everywhere.
