Each receipt exports against its category’s code; an uncategorised one uses Other. Export yours from Xero under Accounting → Chart of Accounts → Export, then import it here to pick by name. Codes differ between organisations, and an unknown code fails the import. Import with “Amounts are: Tax Exclusive”.
